Job Overview

The Senior Executive Production role involves overseeing production operations and ensuring product quality and productivity. We are seeking a skilled professional to manage direct reports, organize workflows, and maintain product standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure production machines function optimally by efficiently managing resources and minimizing downtime.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control team to address any production-related issues promptly.
  • Communicate with the maintenance team regarding machine faults through the Job Service Request system.
  • Assist in integration and trial runs of New Product Developments (NPD) into the production line.
  • Work with the Assistant Manager Operations to implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Provide daily production reports against each Purchase Order (PO).
  • Generate and submit reports on General Efficiency (GE) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics.
  • Document and report material usage and wastage against each PO.
  • Maintain accurate records of production metrics, incidents, and team performance.
  • Directly oversee the activities of the Packing Supervisor and Process Operator.
  • Promote a safety-first culture within the team and address any safety concerns immediately.
Requirements

Background Requirements
Education: Degree in Food Engineering.
Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience preferred.
