Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned pricing expert to lead our team in developing and executing pricing strategies for digital services.

This role requires an analytical professional with expertise in data-driven insights, market trends, and regulatory changes.

  • Leverage internal and external data to uncover actionable insights related to customer behavior, product usage, churn, and revenue trends.
  • Monitor and report performance of Digital offerings (daily, weekly, monthly dashboards).
  • Analyze key performance indicators and recommend product changes to support business targets (base growth, revenue, retention, etc).
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking across local telecom markets and OTT players.
  • Provide regular market intelligence reports with pricing and feature comparisons.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes, consumer behavior trends, and technology evolution impacting telecom services.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in digital product monetization, including data bundles, content services, gamification, and fintech integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution as per segment strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial planning, or digital analytics within the telecom or digital industry.
  • Proven experience working with digital product portfolios (preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau; knowledge of Firebase, Google Analytics and Mix Pannel.
  • Sound understanding of telecom KPIs, revenue models, and digital ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Agility in working with fast-paced, data-driven teams.
