Job Title: Product Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Product Expert to drive commercial and operational delivery of our digital services.

This role involves regular performance analysis, vendor management, pricing support, and solution delivery.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports on revenue, usage, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights for business reviews.
  • Serve as a liaison with vendors and clients for day-to-day operational follow-ups, issue tracking, and escalations.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining pricing models and proposals.
  • Collaborate end-to-end solution delivery with technology, finance, legal, and commercial teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management, commercial analysis, partnerships, or a similar role – preferably in telecom, SaaS, or digital services.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
