Employee Experience and Development Lead

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and training.
Main Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Selection: Assist in the recruitment process, ensuring fair and timely hiring practices.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide coaching and counseling as needed.
- Benefits Administration: Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Performance Management: Monitor employee performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity and job satisfaction.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies, minimizing risks and liabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
