Administration Manager Job Description

The Administration Manager is responsible for providing professional guidance and grooming all team members of the Admin Department.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure effective administrative support to stakeholders by monitoring activities under the admin department continuously.
  2. Liaise with government agencies and external interfaces on administrative matters.
  3. Maintain attendance and leave records, office building, furniture, water and power supply systems.
  4. Responsible for ensuring product standards, repairing and maintaining equipment as needed.
  5. Build good working relations with suppliers and vendors for efficient operations.
  6. Properly maintain admin-related records for smooth department operations.
  7. Coordinate with government agencies like WAPDA, Police, and other service providers.
  8. Manage company vehicles, their registration, insurance, maintenance, and provision of pool car/rent-a-car services.
  9. Arrange timely passports, visas, and hotel reservations (local and overseas).
  10. Initiate efforts to make the admin department a facilitator and carry out tasks assigned by Executive Management.
Job Specification

This role requires a highly committed, motivated professional with strong work ethic and client-oriented approach.

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with willingness to work in stressed conditions.

Result-oriented and target-driven approach.

Excellent communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills are essential.

Proficient in using MS Office applications, Windows, and Internet.
