Key Responsibilities
  • Own project requirements and manage delivery.

  • Develop ideas and plans to improve client handling strategies.
  • Chair site meetings and distribute minutes.
  • Provide project updates to clients and senior management.
  • Help resolve project issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, translators, and the team.
  • Respond professionally to queries.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science.
  • Professional certification in Project Management is a plus.
  • Highly organized with multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in managing data.
  • MS Office skills.
