Job Overview

The role of a Project Coordinator at Translation Empire PK is to provide administrative support in the planning, organization, and implementation of projects. This position involves coordinating project timeframes, resources, equipment, and statistics while clearly defining project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: The Project Coordinator will be involved in the project from the planning stages, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to meet project objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Coordinating project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
  • Communication: Communicating with various departments in the organization to ensure everyone is on the same page and informed about project progress.
RequirementsQualification and Experience
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Project management certifications, such as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar, are desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in project management software.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a related field.
  • Experience in planning and schedule management.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
Work Environment

This role requires working in an office environment, specifically at DHA Sector F Rwp, with a regular shift of 10am-7pm.
