Job Overview

The ideal candidate for this Creative Project Manager role will oversee and manage creative projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

  1. Creative Campaign Management:
  2. Develop and execute paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content (e.g. blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters) that supports our digital marketing initiatives.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, applying new strategies as appropriate.
  5. Manage website design and development on various platforms, including WordPress, Wix.com, Square, and Squarespace.
  6. Deliver client solutions based on RFQs and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track outreach and client interactions.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, managing various client segments.
  • Collaborate regularly with Marketing, Technology, and Account Management teams to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution.
  • Host presentations and solutions demonstrations effectively.
  • Platform Management:
  • Manage email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Yotpo), social media management tools (e.g., Later, Metricool, Hootsuite), and PPC platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Ensure data integrity and proper tracking through tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and tracking pixels.

Successful candidates will possess excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
