Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing sourcing and procurement of Non-Production Spend (NPS) supplies and services, covering both OPEX and CAPEX.

  • Lead vendor identification, negotiation, and contracting to optimize costs and ensure a reliable supplier base.
  • Independently handle bidding processes for CAPEX projects, spares, consumables, and services.
  • Collaborate with engineering, projects, and supply teams to align vendor selection with site needs.
  • Monitor supplier quality, performance, and service levels; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage NPS spend to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet business requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
