Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Architect to lead the development of our high-traffic web products. This is a mid-senior level, full-time position within the Technology, Information and Internet industries.


About the Role
  • Gather in-depth knowledge of software technologies and industry trends to ensure delivery of high-quality products.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting company-wide coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other leads to ensure successful project delivery and impact the direction of our technical vision.
  • Hire talented engineers to build high-performing teams and own business KPIs as a conduit to the Product team.
  • Be accountable for the technical direction while ensuring daily decisions align with our vision and direction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 9+ years of software engineering experience with deep understanding of open-source technologies like Python, Ruby, PHP, or Java.
  • Knowledge of source code control, build process management, CI/CD, automated testing, and related development processes.
  • Experience working on high-traffic and large-scale web products, with strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
  • Understanding of good product, design, and UX principles, with experience in analysis, design, coding, and implementation of next-generation web applications.
