Digital Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Design & Content Development Associate to support the creation of engaging, effective digital learning experiences.
- Courses are developed through close collaboration with team members and subject matter experts.
- Key Responsibilities:
Course Creation & Development
- Translate course framework documents and subject matter expert input into clear, instructionally sound learning content.
- E-Learning Development: Build interactive, visually engaging courses using Articulate Rise360 and other authoring tools, following established instructional design templates and standards.
Instructional Design Support
- Assist in aligning course materials with learning objectives, adult learning theory, and instructional design best practices.
- Contribute to brainstorming and planning sessions for new learning experiences, certifications, and content updates.
- Participate in quality assurance checks, ensuring content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand and instructional standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, educational content creation, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Articulate Rise360 and Canva; knowledge of course-building tools and multimedia content creation.
- Working knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory; ability to apply them under guidance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with designers, SMEs, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Drive, etc.) and ability to manage structured content workflows.
