Responsibilities
  • Conducting external meetings with vendors to provide tailored-fit onboarding training manuals.
  • Onboarding various shops/Restaurants across different locations, ensuring they meet our operational excellence standards.
  • Collaborating with Supply, Live Operations, Sales, Account Management, and Content Teams to guarantee accurate and timely tasks.
  • Researching accounts, identifying key stakeholders/decision makers, and generating interest about food delivery services.
  • Overseeing newly onboarded vendors to drive operational efficiency within the platform.
  • Developing vendors after acquisition and maximizing their potential, including supporting the onboarding process for Shops.
  • Managing vendor-related inquiries, issues, and escalations efficiently.
  • Visiting field daily to ensure proper onboarding of targeted shops, promoting customer satisfaction.
  • Bringing strategic brands onto the platform and ensuring no category is missed from available shops in assigned regions.
  • Maintaining inventory logs and updating records on Salesforce accurately.
  • Providing relevant training and support during the initial month of onboarding.
