
Sales Growth Executive

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our outbound sales efforts in IT services, software development, and managed services. This critical role will be responsible for scaling our sales team to achieve growth in key markets.

- The successful candidate will report on key metrics and provide sales forecasts to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and achieve sales revenue targets by leading a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage a sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth and achieve sales revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align messaging and service positioning.
- Report on key metrics and provide sales forecasts to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or outsourcing.
- Proven track record of managing successful sales teams.
- Strong understanding of US markets and ability to adapt to regional nuances.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms.
