Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sr. UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a Sr. UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-friendly designs for digital products.

  • Create visually appealing, user-friendly designs for digital products, including websites, mobile applications, and other interactive platforms, aligning solutions with business requirements and goals.
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences, translating findings into actionable design solutions, and defining target audiences through persona development and journey mapping.
  • Develop pre-design materials, such as diagrams, flowcharts, and sitemaps, to structure ideas and user journeys, followed by wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility, seamless implementation, and alignment with project objectives, while contributing to design system guidelines and reusable components.
  • Conduct UI/UX audits to identify pain points and areas for improvement, ensuring designs adhere to user-centered principles and accessibility standards, and deliver intuitive, inclusive user experiences.


Responsibilities may include:

  • Experience in integrating data-driven insights from tools like heatmaps and Google Analytics to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies and CMS platforms to anticipate technical constraints and opportunities in designs. Advanced prototyping skills, including creating interactive and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end design process for complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Mentor and coach mid-level and junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.
  • Manage and maintain comprehensive design systems and scalable frameworks to ensure consistency across the product.
Requirements

To be successful as a Sr. UX/UI Designer, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered. 4-6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably working on digital products.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, and Adobe XD.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proactive approach to staying updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design quality and innovation.
