Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Trainee Branch Services Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This role involves handling a wide range of financial transactions, including cash deposits and withdrawals, remittances, utility bill payments, and fund transfers.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with bank regulations and established turn-around times, as well as executing various operational activities such as cheque book issuance, remittance processing, locker room management, and cash counter reconciliation.

Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer support by ensuring transaction accuracy and minimizing turn-around times.

Cash Management Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing cash inventory, balancing cash and security stationery in the branch vault, and handling physical cash movement.

Achieving Excellent Customer Service:

As a key member of our team, you will strive to consistently deliver high-quality service to our customers, responding promptly to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Daily Tasks and Objectives:

Each day will bring new challenges, but your focus will remain on delivering results-oriented performance, maintaining accurate records and reports, and driving business growth through exceptional customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements:
