About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious Transaction Processing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for handling various financial and non-financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your primary duties will include executing financial/non-financial transactions such as cash deposits/withdrawals, local/foreign remittances, utility bills, outward clearing, cash sorting, payment orders, and fund transfers in accordance with bank regulations and established turnaround times. You will also ensure proper execution and preparation of vouchers for daily operational activities while maintaining compliance with bank regulations.

In addition to your transactional responsibilities, you will prepare reports, logs, and registers on all operational activities including cheque book issuance, local/foreign remittances, locker room records, etc. You will close the cash counter at ATM at day-end with complete reconciliation with cash balances in the core-banking system and balancing of physical cash inventory in the vault and ATM.

You will store/handle and balance cash and security stationary in the branch vault. Your role will also involve providing customers with effective and efficient support in meeting their transactional needs with a focus on transaction accuracy and low turnaround time. Furthermore, you will resolve outstanding issues/lapses in daily operational activities in coordination with the senior Branch Services Officer/Branch Service Manager.
