Network Administrator Role Overview

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the nationwide IT Data Center Core and Branch Network and Security Infrastructure 24x7. This involves managing LAN, WAN, DC Server Farm, Internet, and Extranet segments while ensuring audit compliance and performing regular patch management for all network and security devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage Cisco routers and switches to optimize network performance.
  • Implement and troubleshoot SD-WAN solutions to efficiently manage network traffic.
  • Administer wireless controllers to ensure secure and reliable wireless connectivity.
  • Evaluate and enhance network availability, reliability, and scalability.
  • Configure and manage Firewalls (Palo Alto and Cisco) to achieve robust network security.
  • Implement and maintain Proxy solutions (Bluecoat and Cloud Proxy) for secure internet access.
  • Implement and manage Cisco ISE for NAC and Identity access Management.
  • Conduct thorough vulnerability assessments and version upgrades according to Threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Troubleshoot complex network equipment issues.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for network and security-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless network operations.
  • Maintain industry standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 27001).
