Business System Consultant

* Responsible for analyzing the requirements with clients to identify boundaries of web-based applications and compiling them into business requirement documents, wireframes, and functional specifications.

* Must be able to graphically create wireframes and give interface direction to the user interface team.

* Build systems to clarify business questions in a timely fashion.

* Passion for creating engaging and intuitive user experiences.

* Can work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes and information systems.

* Can understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

* Can perform an internal consultancy role that has responsibility for investigating business systems, identifying options for improving business systems, and bridging the needs of the business with the use of IT.

Job Specification

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology required.

* At least one year experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager preferred, preferably in web-based application development with expertise in visual design tools and presentation software.

* Excellent communication and analytical skills required. Past experience in dealing with international clients would be a plus.

* Should possess good presentation and analytical skills.

* Knowledge of programming languages such as PHP, Java, or Flash Action Scripting would be beneficial.
