The Learning Development Manager plays a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and evaluating company-wide learning initiatives that foster a culture of continuous development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and implements comprehensive learning programs aligned with organizational talent and capability needs.
  • Ensures accurate and timely content delivery through effective Oracle LMS management.
  • Maintains and updates insightful learning dashboards and metrics to support leadership decision-making and program effectiveness evaluation.
  • Facilitates engaging training sessions (virtual and classroom) and supports internal trainers and external vendors.
  • Conducts thorough learning needs analysis and contributes to the creation of annual strategic learning calendars.
  • Promotes a culture of continuous learning and supports Diversity, Equity & Inclusion related development initiatives.
  • Gathers participant feedback and measures program effectiveness to drive sustained improvement.
  • Ensures compliance with organizational learning policies and governance frameworks.
Requirements
  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in learning & development, training coordination, or HR programs.
  • Prior experience in LMS administration (Oracle preferred) and reporting dashboards is highly desirable.
  • Certification in instructional design, training facilitation, or DE&I is an advantage.
