  • Take ownership of follow-ups.
  • Maintain and regularly update L&D databases
  • Facilitate learning assessments and feedback collection
  • Assist in outreach and coordination with training vendors, coaches, and freelancers
  • Help drive communication campaigns
  • Contribute to reporting and analytics
  • Support in curating learning resources, course materials, and post-session summaries.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
