Learning and Development Intern

PureLogics is looking to hire an Intern with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• As a Training Assistant Intern in our Learning and Development Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development, coordination, and execution of training. programs. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the IT industry and contribute to the growth and success of our training initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks related to training programs, including scheduling training sessions, managing participant registrations, and maintaining training records.
• Content Management: Collaborate with training instructors to organize and update training materials, ensuring they are current, accurate, and readily accessible to participants.
• Logistics Coordination: Help coordinate training logistics, such as securing training venues, arranging equipment, and ensuring a smooth training environment.
• Participant Engagement: Engage with training participants to address their inquiries, collect feedback, and create a positive learning experience.
• Technology Support: Provide technical assistance to participants during training sessions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless learning experience.
• Data Analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing training-related data to measure the effectiveness of programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Documentation: Prepare reports, training manuals, and other documentation to support the training process and maintain organized records.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to contribute valuable insights to the training team.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Business Administration).
• Strong interest in IT and a desire to pursue a career in technology. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently as well.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Previous experience in training or education is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20, Rs30,000.00 per month
