Sales Representative Job Description">

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and building a sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, cold calling, and emailing.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales (B2B | USA Campaigns) and excellent English communication skills. You will also need strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

You will be working independently and as part of a team, requiring strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce.com experience preferred) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build a sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, cold calling, and emailing
  • Qualify prospects based on their needs, goals, and business environment
  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Collaborate with clients to refine sales strategies and qualify sales leads
  • Presentation and demonstration of product value to prospective buyers
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
