About the Role

We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented individuals to fill External Recruiter positions. This flexible, remote role involves sourcing and recruiting qualified Market Research Analysts for client projects.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a passion for recruitment and a desire to work independently. As an External Recruiter, you will source and recruit qualified candidates, ensure they understand their roles, and meet performance milestones.

You will guide recruits through onboarding and initial training, monitor early-stage performance, and coordinate with the internal team to ensure quality. Accurate records of recruits, their progress, and project outcomes are also crucial.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit qualified Market Research Analysts for client projects.

  • Ensure recruits understand their roles and meet performance milestones.

  • Guide recruits through onboarding and initial training.

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment, ideally for sales or outreach-based roles.

  • Familiarity with cold calling or lead generation roles is a plus, but not required.
