**Commission-Based Role for Lead Generation and Recruitment Experts**

Job Description:

This is a flexible, fully remote role that requires dedication of 8 hours per day. As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for sending outreach emails to potential experts and clients, connecting with them on LinkedIn, and sourcing, reviewing, and shortlisting expert profiles for client projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Send targeted outreach emails using CRM tools to identify potential experts and clients.
  2. Establish meaningful connections with potential candidates on LinkedIn.
  3. Select and shortlist relevant expert profiles for client consideration.
Who Can Apply?
  • No prior experience in lead generation or recruitment required (0-2 years preferred).
  • Open to fresh graduates and individuals seeking remote work opportunities.
  • Must have an active LinkedIn profile with at least 100+ connections.
  • Should not be a full-time employee or student, as this role demands commitment and flexibility.
Earning Potential:

The compensation structure is performance-based, offering unlimited earning potential.

$80 per Credit: Earned when an expert completes a successful client call (60 minutes).

$3 per Submission: Awarded when an expert signs up, completes screening, and is submitted to a client for consideration.

Example Earnings:

Total Potential Earnings for 10 Credits + 30 Submissions: $890
