Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing all marketing activities to help the company achieve its goal of becoming a top translation agency. The primary focus will be on digital marketing, with some crossover into non-digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Program Execution: Plan, execute, and track email, events, social media, and content marketing programs.
  • Content Development: Develop and manage content and social media marketing strategies, including blogs and public relations efforts.
  • Digital Campaign Planning: Plan, implement, and evaluate digital campaigns independently, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Google My Business Optimization: Develop and optimize Google My Business Profile.
  • Event Planning: Plan and organize marketing events to engage potential customers and translators.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing; experience in a translation company is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
  • Proactive, capable of working independently with minimal guidance, and adaptable to uncertainty.
  • Excellent communication skills.
