We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Developer to join our network engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network design and development, with expertise in network automation and monitoring platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Network Design and Development: Provide hands-on technical design and engineering for network-related tools and systems.
  • Platform Engineering: Work with networking-focused software engineers to develop/maintain our network automation and monitoring platform SDN solution and integration.
  • Open Source Contributions: Develop and contribute to open source projects relating to network and platform engineering.
  • Code Quality: Help maintain good code quality by providing guidance during code reviews.
  • Automation Solutions: Develop and maintain network automation solutions.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of network engineering principles and experience working with vendors such as Juniper, Cisco or Arista.
  • Demonstrated ability in at least one of the following languages: Go, Python.
  • Expertise with Linux operating system.
  • Experience with CI/CD, containers and/or virtualization, web servers, and databases.
  • Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
  • Experience with automation frameworks (Salt preferred).
  • Good knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git, and accustomed to multi-branches development.
Tech Stack:
  • Programming languages: Python, Go, Bash.
  • Tools: Salt, Ansible, NAPALM, NetBox, Prometheus, Kubernetes, Hasura GraphQL.
  • Technologies and standards: IPFIX, OpenConfig, NETCONF.
