About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Outreach Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential B2B leads via LinkedIn, converting those conversations into demo bookings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted outreach to ideal B2B prospects on LinkedIn, utilizing your expertise in lead generation and outbound sales.
  • Craft and personalize messages to spark interest in our CRM solution, showcasing your exceptional written communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos with the sales team, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach activity and performance metrics in our CRM, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates, driving business growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or outbound sales, preferably in a B2B tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to personalize and build rapport quickly, as well as a proactive mindset and results-driven approach to outreach.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools, such as Lemlist or Expandi.
  • Ability to work independently, manage your pipeline, and meet weekly/monthly demo booking targets, while prioritizing teamwork and collaboration.
