As a LinkedIn Outreach Executive, you will play a crucial role in helping us scale our reach and impact in the US market. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, connect, and engage with potential B2B leads via LinkedIn and convert those conversations into demo bookings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct targeted outreach to ideal B2B prospects on LinkedIn
* Craft and personalize messages to spark interest in our CRM solution
* Qualify leads and schedule product demos with the sales team
* Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential customers
* Maintain detailed records of outreach activity and performance metrics in our CRM
Requirements:
* Experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or outbound sales (preferably in a B2B tech or SaaS environment)
* Strong written communication skills with the ability to personalize and build rapport quickly
* Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools
* Ability to work independently, manage your pipeline, and meet weekly/monthly demo booking targets
* Prior experience working with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
