About the Role

In this pivotal position, you will leverage your technical expertise in designing and architecting our Fleet products. Your responsibilities include leading complex Frontend projects, making strategic design decisions, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Frontend project development for medium to large-scale complexity, involving teams of 2+ developers.
  • Drive architectural design decisions, milestone planning, task breakdown, and sprint planning for new product features.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers, product owners, designers, and QA teams to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers and facilitate onboarding for new team members.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high design and quality standards for the codebase.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in Frontend development using major frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.
  • Mid-advanced knowledge of the Angular framework is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of leading complex Frontend projects, with expertise in architecture, design decision-making, and project planning.
  • Strong software design and architecture skills.
  • Experience working within agile development methodologies.
