Production Management Role

This position involves leading and motivating a team of skilled production professionals to deliver high-quality precision parts on time. The objective is to ensure customer satisfaction and business success by implementing effective strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct and develop the production team through talent acquisition, performance management, training, and coaching to align with business objectives.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment by implementing and driving 6S standards.
  • Manage daily production, capacity planning, and machine optimization to meet schedules and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues affecting production and quality.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and waste reduction.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with team members and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues fairly and consistently.
  • Manage attendance, leave scheduling, overtime, and annual performance reviews.
Key Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of production/operations experience in manufacturing
  • 3 years' experience as a supervisor managing technicians
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, multitasking, and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Lean manufacturing
  • Degree in Engineering or related field
