Job Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead the PMO framework, ensuring it aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Define and implement standardized project management processes, methodologies and templates.
  • Ensure project governance by setting clear policies and procedures for project tracking and reporting.
  • Review project progress and performance metrics, providing necessary support to project teams.
  • Oversee project risk management, ensuring timely identification, escalation and resolution of issues.
  • Allocate and manage project resources effectively to meet project requirements and timelines.
  • Optimize resource utilization to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Act as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining strong communication with senior leadership and team members.
  • Provide regular project updates and insights, including KPIs, financials and performance metrics.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement in project management methodologies.
  • Mentor and guide project managers to build project management capabilities across the team.
