Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of laboratory services, ensuring high-quality services and enhancing accessibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage collection points and STAT laboratories to ensure smooth running and efficient inventory control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase volume growth, improve brand recognition, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Organize CME programs and asset management to minimize equipment downtime and optimize resources.
  • Support the development and execution of short-term and long-term objectives for laboratory operations.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, conduct regular audits, and identify staffing needs.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree from a reputable university in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in administrative and operational affairs, preferably in healthcare.
  • Command over technical and administrative aspects of clinical laboratory operations.
  • Excellent analytical skills, budgeting, resource management, and financial performance monitoring.
  • Ability to develop business marketing skills, build partnerships, and present complex information effectively.
  • Positive attitude, ability to cope with work pressure, and meet deadlines.
