
Executive Office Assistant

This role requires an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office environment, providing support to various departments as needed, and performing a range of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Providing support to various departments as needed, responding to their requests and inquiries.
- Performing a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assisting in banking tasks, including depositting and withdrawing cash, as assigned.
- Purchasing and replenishing office supplies, stationary, and pantry items as needed.
- Setting up meeting rooms with necessary equipment and refreshments before scheduled meetings.
- Helping with office moves, rearranging furniture, and setting up workstations for new employees.
- Conveying messages and correspondence between different departments or employees.
- Coordinating with external vendors for office-related services, such as maintenance, repairs, and deliveries.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A basic understanding of office procedures and equipment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting and moving objects.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality in performing assigned duties.
