Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  • Providing support to various departments as needed, responding to their requests and inquiries.
  • Performing a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Assisting in banking tasks, including depositting and withdrawing cash, as assigned.
  • Purchasing and replenishing office supplies, stationary, and pantry items as needed.
  • Setting up meeting rooms with necessary equipment and refreshments before scheduled meetings.
  • Helping with office moves, rearranging furniture, and setting up workstations for new employees.
  • Conveying messages and correspondence between different departments or employees.
  • Coordinating with external vendors for office-related services, such as maintenance, repairs, and deliveries.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • A basic understanding of office procedures and equipment.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting and moving objects.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Reliability and punctuality in performing assigned duties.
