Office-Based Full-time Job from 9am to 5 pm (Mon-Saturday) NO REMOTE OPTION IS AVAILABLE. The office is in Bosan Road, Multan.
The Administrative Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of the organization by providing administrative support across various departments. This position involves managing office activities, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and maintaining documentation. The Administrative Officer serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, assisting in daily operations to facilitate smooth business processes.
Job Specification- Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring it is conducive to productivity.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Draft and edit documents such as memos, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries from clients, employees, and external partners, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain and update administrative records, databases, and filing systems.
- Manage document storage and retrieval, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including HR, finance, and operations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office-related services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
