We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Matchmaker to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing Edge Talent for success throughout the hiring journey and beyond. This will involve working cross-functionally to align candidate profiles with client expectations and delivering personalized coaching.

This role requires a strong understanding of talent mapping and commercial strategies. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in client enablement, recruitment, corporate coaching, communication, or a related field.

A background in customer success, talent matching, or end-to-end recruitment processes is strongly preferred. Additionally, proficiency in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Matching: Strategically assess candidates' experience, skills, and credentials to match them with the most suitable client opportunities.
  • Client Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure talent mapping aligns with evolving client requirements.
  • Candidate Coaching: Lead mock interviews to improve candidate presentation and preparedness.
  • Communication: Serve as the liaison between candidates and commercial teams, ensuring smooth coordination of interviews, timelines, and client communications.

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and an analytical mindset. They must also be proactive problem solvers with high attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
