About the Role

You'll play a pivotal part in preparing candidates for success throughout the hiring process and beyond. This position demands strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for empowering others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically assess candidates' experience, skills, and credentials to match them with suitable client opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure talent mapping aligns with evolving client needs.
  • Lead mock interviews to improve candidate presentation and preparedness.
  • Serve as the liaison between candidates and commercial teams, ensuring smooth coordination of interviews, timelines, and client communications.
  • Integrate commercial team feedback into enablement strategies and refine processes to meet client expectations.
QualificationsProfessional Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in client enablement, recruitment, corporate coaching, communication, or a related field.
  • A background in customer success, talent matching, or end-to-end recruitment processes is highly preferred.
Skills and Competencies
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • An analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
