Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Development of budgeting and forecasting models
  • Management of cash flow and bank positions
  • Maintenance of fixed assets registers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, preferably in a textile industry
  • CA (Inter), Articles Completed, ICMA, or M.COM qualification
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Finance or related field
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA
