We are seeking a Property Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding sellers and buyers through the property sales process, ensuring they receive the best possible outcome.
About the Role- This position involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- You will conduct comparative market analyses to determine the value of properties and advise clients accordingly.
- Oversight of all activities leading up to property sales and purchases.
- Brokering deals between sellers and buyers in the real estate industry.
- Promoting property listings on various platforms.
- Meeting with clients to discuss their requirements and offer suitable property deals.
- Effective communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organizational and time management skills.
