Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of a Consultant Specialist. This position involves managing stakeholder relationships, working with various clients globally, and possessing knowledge of domains like procurement, TPRM, and GRC.

Responsibilities:
  • Possess knowledge of procurement, TPRM, and GRC (preferred).
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and work with various clients globally.
  • Experience with ITSM, ITOM, SWD, CMDB, JavaScript, Smart Cloud Control Desk, IBM Tivoli Netcool, and TBSM.
  • Create and implement Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Client Scripts for applications in ServiceNow.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with IT service management software.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java and JavaScript.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
