We're seeking a highly skilled Smart Contract Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge decentralized applications and protocols on the Solana blockchain. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Rust programming language and the Anchor framework to design, develop, and optimize smart contracts and on-chain programs.

The role involves developing and deploying smart contracts and on-chain programs using Rust and Anchor on the Solana blockchain, architecting and implementing decentralized applications (dApps), and collaborating with front-end and full-stack teams to integrate on-chain programs with web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy smart contracts and on-chain programs using Rust and Anchor on the Solana blockchain.
  • Architect and implement decentralized applications (dApps) with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with front-end and full-stack teams to integrate on-chain programs with web and mobile applications.
  • Optimize smart contracts for performance, security, and cost efficiency.
  • Engage in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality production-ready code.
  • Stay updated with the latest blockchain trends, protocols, and best practices, especially in the Solana ecosystem.
  • Work closely with the product and design teams to translate business requirements into blockchain-based solutions.
  • Contribute to open-source projects and participate in developer community discussions.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Blockchain Developer, with a focus on Solana.
  • Proficiency in Rust programming language (mandatory).
  • Strong experience with Anchor framework for smart contract development.
  • Solid understanding of Solana architecture, protocols, and token standards (SPL tokens, Metaplex, etc.).
  • Experience with Solana Program Library (SPL) and cross-program invocation (CPI).
  • Knowledge of blockchain concepts including consensus algorithms, cryptography, and decentralized systems.
  • Experience with Web3.js, TypeScript, or related technologies for dApp integration.
  • Ability to write clean, efficient, and secure code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
