Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive financial product strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to meet customer needs.

  • Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform product development and drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches and set quarterly and annual targets.
  • Create detailed revenue and cost forecasts for new products.
  • Work closely with treasury and business teams to establish pricing strategies that meet revenue and profitability goals.
  • Provide technical support to area managers on product implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Train field staff on new product pilots.
  • Identify alternative distribution channels for product delivery.
  • Monitor product performance and analyze data to inform future product adjustments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:MBA or Finance from a reputable university.

Experience:5-7 years of experience in banking or finance as a Product Manager.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to define and launch asset and liability products.
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Must be able to travel throughout Pakistan.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other office software.
