Ambitious Technical Director Sought for Industrial Automation Domain

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical Director to drive the development of innovative software solutions in the Industrial Automation domain.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement effective technical strategies to enhance team efficiency, productivity, and innovation.
  • Create and maintain robust backend systems using C#, .NET, Python, and SQL Server.
  • Design responsive and scalable front-end applications using modern frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular, Tailwind, HTML, and CSS.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of hands-on software development experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficient in C#, .NET, Python, SQL, and modern JavaScript UI frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience managing remote teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications using Agile methodologies.
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Direct experience using AI-enhanced development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) in a professional setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud-based AI services (e.g., Azure AI, AWS SageMaker), or data science platforms.
  • Foundational understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline configuration.
