Computer Operator And MS Office Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Computer Operator and MS Office Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing efficient data entry support, generating reports, documents, and presentations using MS Office software, maintaining and updating databases, performing basic troubleshooting, and assisting in managing electronic documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide timely and accurate data entry support.
  2. Generate reports, documents, and presentations using MS Office software.
  3. Maintain and update databases by entering and verifying data.
  4. Perform basic troubleshooting and provide technical assistance when required.
  5. Assist in managing and organizing electronic documents.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong computer literacy with excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting techniques.
