Quality Assurance Engineer

We're seeking an meticulous and detail-driven individual to fill the Quality Assurance Engineer role. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the highest standards of quality are met across our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive manual test plans for new features and releases.
  • Conduct thorough exploratory testing to uncover bugs, edge cases, and usability issues.
  • Reproduce, log, and track issues with precision and clarity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand feature requirements and risk areas.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and release readiness reviews.
  • Maintain and update test documentation in sync with evolving product features.
  • Identify critical usability issues in multi-step user flows.

This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, curiosity, and a methodical approach to testing will be your superpowers. You'll work closely with our development team to identify and prioritize testing needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, test case writing, and bug reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr.
  • Comfortable working in Agile or fast-paced development environments.
  • A basic understanding of APIs and using tools like Postman for testing.
