Job Opportunity: Call Centre Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Night Call Centre Representatives.

This role involves handling customer inquiries and complaints via calls and emails during the night shift, providing exceptional customer service by actively listening and offering prompt and accurate solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have expertise in load boards and mailing calling API software. A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred, but not required.
