Job Overview

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and relationship building. Key responsibilities include responding to live website chat inquiries, managing phone calls, emails, and other customer communications, as well as maintaining third-party websites.

  • We work closely with our administrative team to meet agreed deadlines and ensure timely follow-up via email and phone.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to engage with clients across multiple channels, and a keen eye for detail when it comes to monitoring and addressing leads.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential corporate clients through targeted social media outreach.
