Work as a Human Resources Manager

  • This role requires an individual with expertise in human resources management to oversee various responsibilities including attendance monitoring, employee settlements, policy communication, and document preparation.
  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in HR and 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint is also required.
Key Responsibilities:

Recording, maintaining, and monitoring employee attendance to ensure punctuality.

Handling full and final settlement of employees according to organizational policies.

Communicating and explaining HR policies to employees.

Preparing and submitting all necessary HR documents as per employee requirements in consultation with management.

Maintaining accurate records related to compensation, health, and medical insurance for employees.

Providing training to new or existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Ensuring timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment, salary slip, leave encashment, and full and final settlements to employees.

Resolving grievances or queries from employees in a professional manner.

Fostering a positive work environment by engaging with employees on regular basis to understand motivation levels within the organization.

Job Specifications:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in HR (16 years of education).
  • Relevant work experience of 1 – 2 years.
  • Proficient user of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.

This position involves working with various departments to ensure seamless operation of HR functions. The selected candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
