In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads through outbound prospecting efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Use CRM systems to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing throughout the sales funnel.
  • Arrange meetings and demos between qualified leads and Account Executives or Sales Representatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and our offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in B2B.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Proficiency in email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and cold calling.
  • Ability to research and identify decision-makers within target companies.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Experience in B2B sales or SaaS.
