Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled project coordinator to lead and oversee various projects, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation. This involves coordinating with different teams to expedite processes and manage logistics.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strong coordination and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with different teams: Expedite processes and manage logistics to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Inspecting deliverables: Ensure quality and compliance by thoroughly reviewing project outputs.
  • Maintaining effective communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through clear and concise communication.

Requirements:

  • Project Management skills: Lead and oversee projects effectively, utilizing expertise in expediting and logistics management.
  • Experience in Expediting and Logistics Management: Demonstrate expertise in managing complex logistics operations.
  • Strong coordination and communication abilities: Excel in building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills: Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field: Preferred qualification for this role.
  • Experience in technology or digital solutions industry: A plus for this position.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi Division, Pakistan.
