We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and be able to coordinate and implement best practices throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To establish procedures and workflows specific to the needs of the organization and implement those successfully.
  • To coordinate with all departmental heads & employees on individual task allocation & departmental objectives.
  • To ensure alignment of projects with the Strategic Business Objectives of the organization.
  • To design & execute project reporting structures, reporting templates, project knowledge base, and status update mechanisms.
  • To update Senior Management on project timelines, resource allocations, bottlenecks, and resolutions.
  • To play an active role in requirement gathering from new clients.
  • To ensure Operational Excellence and Quality Management in the PMO department.
  • To minimize hurdles in performance, monitoring, and control.
Requirements:

Excellent Communication Skills, pleasant mannerism, approachable, and calm under pressure. Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team of developers and designers.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take on tasks/problems with commitment.
  • Good understanding of database concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture and networking.
  • Ability to work with the team and as an individual as required.

Please note that this is a full-time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
